River City Police Department (RCPD) は Emergency Response: Liberty County (ER:LC) で最大級の department garage の一つを運用します。PRC は RCPD ユニットを LCSO、RCFR、DOT、市民 spawn と並ぶ global 72+ 車両 catalog に配置。marked patrol car、pursuit interceptor、supervisor SUV、unmarked detective sedan、specialty motorcycle が River City beat ごとに異なる役割を担います — downtown bank カバーから Springfield 方面 bridge pursuit まで。

RCPD 車両は urban handling 向けに調整。interceptor は commercial block で素早く加速し jewelry store や hospital corridor の tight cornering に耐え、 heavier SUV は River City bridge approach の felony stop で安定。LCSO county cruiser の長い highway leg 向け設計とは異なり、RCPD spawn は short-response geometry を優先 — station garage からの fast launch、traffic stop での predictable braking、dense traffic での light-bar visibility。

全 RCPD spawn は Vehicle Controls ページ記載の core ER:LC driving keys を共有：station incline の P parking brake、Q/E turn signal、felony stop の G hazard、L で headlight、taillight、emergency light stage を full siren まで cycle（marked unit）。unmarked と supervisor spawn は L stage 開始が異なる場合あり — code three downtown 前に lot で unit を test。

RCPD garage での spawn

Department vehicle は civilian 購入のように inventory に現れません。team menu で RCPD team に join、spawn card の rank requirement を満たし、River City police station garage pad へ walk。interaction prompt または labeled spawn zone で eligible unit を選択。vehicle 出現後 F で enter；station ramp で unattended heavy unit が後退 roll するため idle 前に parking brake P を verify。

Rank gate が表示 RCPD card を制御。trainee tier は basic marked cruiser で MDT、Quick Radio、traffic-stop positioning を horsepower overwhelming なしに学習。mid rank で faster interceptor と追加 SUV variant unlock。senior rank と supervisor role で specialty unmarked package と top-tier pursuit car が bank-alarm response に — driver が River City shortcut を知り dispatch context なしに station lot で L siren spam しない前提。

着席中 L を repeat press で lighting stage advance。typical marked RCPD progression：parking lamp、headlight beam、light bar の stage-one blues/reds、eligible unit で full wail siren と air horn。各 tap は deliberate — residential Springfield crossover call で L spam は Quick Radio 越しに他 department が聞く audio clutter。stationary traffic stop は backup confirm まで stage-one lights；confirmed pursuit と code-three bank/jewelry response に full siren を reserve。

downtown roundabout 付近 accident 後の lane block や suspect 後方 felony stop formation で L stage と G hazard を combine。blind intersection では H horn が short courtesy tap；sustained air horn は active emergency movement 用で station lot showboating ではない。Y Quick Radio で unit number と status を wheel から離れず announce — radio discipline と light discipline を pair し high-population server で River City scene を readable に。

trainee は faster tier unlock 前に marked cruiser 1 台を master。station grade の P、 hospital corridor lane change 前 Q/E、low-speed traffic stop の controlled L cycling を learn。veteran は forecast が riot-style crowd や suspect-civilian 間 physical barrier が要る multi-unit felony stop を含む時 secondary SUV spawn を mind に keep。
