River City 概要

River City は Emergency Response: Liberty County (ER:LC) の都市心臓部です。多くのプレイヤーがここにスポーンするか、公開サーバー参加後数分以内に通過します。高層ビル、商業ブロック、狭い交差点が RCPD パトロール、市民通勤、強盗標的の偵察による constant traffic を生みます。都市は county 内陸にあり、Springfield と rural Liberty County へ橋と幹線で接続 — bank と jewelry store 対応時の chokepoint になります。

River City は RCPD 主要管轄。警官は police station でスポーンし interceptor と SUV を出動、bank、jewelry store、gas station、病院へのコールを数秒で想定。LCSO は city limits を越える追跡を支援できますが、dispatch と署近接は downtown felony で RCPD 有利。RCFR は city fire station で engine・rescue bays を持ち、downtown roundabout 事故と商業帯火災に対応。

初心者は運転前に River City を徒歩で。RCPD headquarters、病院入口、Tool Store、gas station 最低2か所を確認。bank 駐車場へ向かう道路と Springfield への escape alley を覚える。ここでの map literacy が wrong-way pursuit、パトカーで病院ドア塞ぎ、marked unit が1ブロック先なのに Tool Store で強盗ツール購入を防ぎます。

Downtown 商業と強盗 site

central bank は River City 最高 profile 強盗 location。bank heist は Mafia membership、チーム役割、server cooldown と loot 後 survival phase（RCPD・LCSO 全方向収束）の理解が必要。bank plaza で approach 計画 — 駐車角度、歩道 cover、getaway が橋か side street か。警察は vault 前に cruiser 集中より active alarm 時 exit へ unit 先行配置。

jewelry store は商業地区、drill mechanics は bank と別。犯罪チームは Tool Store 正しい tool、静かな timing、main drag（traffic stop が Quick Radio 呼ぶ）回避 exit。RCPD は storefront ガラスと狭い歩道で active 中 safe approach 限られるため1ブロック外 perimeter よく。

ATM は River City gas station と storefront 列。RFID Disruptor hit は bank/jewelry より低 payout だが警察 response time と cooldown 規律を鍛える。市民も同じ ATM 使用で foot traffic 混在。Tool Store（商業サービス近く）は lockpick、disruptor、drill、robbery kit を販売。

緊急サービスランドマーク

RCPD station が River City 法執行 RP の錨。spawn pad、garage exit、MDT が集中。新人は署坂で parking brake、lot で light cycle、Quick Radio を active call 前に練習。大イベントで lot 溢れ — 帰還 unit の lane を空け、civilian 放置車で garage 塞がない。

River City 病院は medical RP と respawn。RCFR と civilian medic が外入口で revive; pursuit unit で ambulance bay 塞ぐと server 苦情。病院 staging の消防は mass-casualty RP で隣接街 RCPD と交通調整。main entrance と chase 中車両不能時の side 駐車を知る。

RCFR city station が downtown 事故近くに apparatus。engine が roundabout wreck、橋 approach、jewelry store 外 rush-hour RP 多車事故に。大 crash 後 DOT が橋 lane に cone — pursuit 中警察が適応する traffic pattern 変化。city unit が複数 alarm で Springfield RCFR bays へ mutual aid。

道路、橋、追跡ダイナミクス

River City downtown roundabout は pursuit rollover で悪名。速すぎ interceptor は spin; inner lane 切る suspect は head-on 寸前。熟練 RCPD は円前減速、橋経由 Springfield 狙いなら早期 air support。犯罪者は roundabout が easy shake と思わない — spike strips と boxed exit は coordinated unit で chase 即終了。

橋 approach が River City–Springfield–county 道路を接続。event 時 traffic stop 堆積 — lane 狭く civilian と fugitive 視界混在。jurisdiction 跨ぎ pursuit で LCSO が橋 traffic intercept ことも。DOT cone pattern が橋 work zone で一時 one-lane bottleneck — server rules 内 roadblock に有用。

one-way pair と alley shortcut が skilled と novice を分ける。jewelry getaway が alley 入ると ground unit 離れるが populated server で foot pursuit と helicopter。bank district に loop する block と Liberty County rural escape へ highway on-ramp へ行く block を区別。

RCPD は downtown を mental beat 分割 — station 地区、hospital corridor、commercial robbery strip、gas station triangle、bridge head。dispatch が static coverage 指定以外 bank camp せず beat ローテ — 一点集中で jewelry store と ATM undefended。stolen spawn 車集まる gas station で MDT plate check。

River City job 計画の犯罪者は low-pop session で scout。RCPD spawn rhythm、署から average response vector、 consecutive robbery house rule を記録。bank/jewelry/ATM Guides と map を組み合わせ prompt 前に tool と役割準備。

civilian は hospital・commercial job 近く safe parking を知ると良い。gas station と downtown block の delivery/taxi loop は felony リスクなし安定 income。siren 時は右寄せ、alley mouth 塞がない — ER:LC traffic etiquette で他人 pursuit の collateral 回避。
