Emergency Response: Liberty County で警察をプレイする方法
ER:LCのRCPDとLCSO police roleplayを学ぶ：cruiser spawn、MDT、Quick Radio、traffic stop、pursuit、spike strip、River City vs Springfield patrol。
RCPDかLCSOかの選択
Emergency Response: Liberty County（ER:LC）のpolice roleplayはRiver City Police Department（RCPD）とLiberty County Sheriff's Office（LCSO）に分かれます。RCPDはurban core—銀行、jewelry store、hospital corridor、downtown pursuitを担当。LCSOはSpringfield suburbs、residential house robbery beat、速度が上がりpursuitが何マイルも続くLiberty County highwaysをカバー。両方MDT、Quick Radio、handcuffs、spike strip、類似のlight/siren keyを使いますが、spawn locationとtypical call typeは異なります。
In-game menuからteam参加、希望cruiserのrank requirement達成、適切なstation garageでspawn。Traineeはinterceptor unlock前にbasic marked unitから。Beatに合うplatform選択のためRCPD vehicle guideとpolice tier listを読む—River City混合仕事はExplorer Interceptor、LCSO county patrolはTahoe。
Public server cultureはprofessional conductを期待：Quick Radioでstatus、Q/E信号で安全にsuspectを停車、roleplayが支える時のみforce escalation。FailRPとRDMはsessionを壊し、mechanicsが銃spawnを許してもrank progressを遅らせます。
必須ツール：MDT、Radio、Vehicle Key
MDT（Mobile Data Terminal）でplate照会、citation発行、traffic stop中のBOLO連携。Code threeが正当化されない限りfull sirena前にlights stage-oneで停車。Map全体のfelony追跡前に静かなparking lotでMDT練習—多くの新RCPD unitがmenuを見ながらdowntown roundaboutでcrash。
Quick Radio（Y）はchat ten-code入力の代替。Unit number、location、statusを告知—"River City, 1-Adam-12, traffic stop, Main and Commerce"でdispatch可読性維持。Controlsページのvehicle keyと組み合わせ：P parking brake on hills、G hazards during felony stop、L emergency light cycle、H horn for intersection clearing。
Inventory hotkeyにhandcuffs、spike strip、firearms。Supervisorがpursuit terminationをauthorizeしたbridge approachとLiberty County mergeでspike deploy。Roleplay escalation後にsuspectをcuff、全traffic infractionで即座にではない—server rulesは様々だがcourtesy stopはcommunity trustを築く。
Patrol LoopとCall Response
RCPD警官はRiver Cityをbeat分割：station district、hospital corridor、commercial robbery strip、gas station triangle、bridge head。Bank campではなくrotate—jewelry storeとATM callもcoverage必要。Tool Store robbery後にstolen civilian spawnが集まるgas stationでplate check。
LCSO deputyはSpringfield cul-de-sacsをloop、county highwayをsweep。House robbery callは計画があればperimeter unitをsingle exitに、もう一人on footで接近。River City bank alarm時LCSOはbridge traffic intercept可能—同じPIT angleでRCPDと競合せずQuick Radioでcoordinate。
Pursuit disciplineが良い警官とreportを分ける。Downtown roundabout前に減速、Liberty County endingで早期air support call、civilian traffic ram回避。Endless cross-map collisionで全員のroleplayを台無しにするよりboxed exitかspikeでchase終了。
Robbery ResponseとMulti-Agency Scene
ATM robberyはone-star response trigger—gas stationでのRFID Disruptor hit。Jewelry store drillはより速いRCPD stack；perimeterを一block外にstage。Bank heistはcriminalのMafia membershipとheavy police coordination必須：bridge exit roadblock、busy server helicopter callout、loot bagがvaultを出た後のsurvival timer awareness。
Fireやmedical revivalがpursuitと重なる時RCFDと協力—hospital entranceとfire bayをclear。DOT cone patternで交通シフト；理由なくbridge lane全体blockせずroadblock adapt。Mutual aidはER:LC culture core；一sceneにRCPD、LCSO、RCFD、DOTが四部門独立crashより優れる。
Major scene後rank progressionのmental note—clean pursuitとvalid citationでXP。Criminal tool（lockpick、RFID Disruptor、drill）とrespondするcooldown timerを知るためrobbery専用ページと本ガイドを組み合わせる。
