Terms of Service
Terms of Service for emergencyresponselibertycounty.wiki, an independent fan wiki for Emergency Response: Liberty County on Roblox.
Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of emergencyresponselibertycounty.wiki (the "Site"), operated as an independent, community-run fan wiki for the Roblox experience Emergency Response: Liberty County ("ER:LC" or the "Game"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Police Roleplay Community ("PRC"), Roblox Corporation, or any official ER:LC development team. All game-related trademarks, names, and assets belong to their respective owners. We provide informational content only.
Eligibility and Acceptable Use
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to use online services) to use the Site. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or related systems.
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest content in a manner that overloads or disrupts the Site.
- Upload, post, or transmit malware, spam, or harmful code.
- Misrepresent your affiliation with PRC, Roblox, or the Site operators.
- Use the Site to harass, threaten, or harm others.
- Reproduce substantial portions of the Site for commercial redistribution without written permission.
Informational Content and Disclaimer
Wiki articles, guides, code lists, tier lists, script documentation, and other materials on the Site are provided for general informational and educational purposes. Game mechanics, codes, update schedules, and in-game values change frequently. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that any content is complete, current, or error-free.
Nothing on the Site constitutes official game support, legal advice, or a promise of in-game outcomes. Decisions you make in the Game—including purchases of Robux, game passes, or private servers—are solely between you and Roblox or PRC. We are not responsible for bans, account actions, lost progress, or financial loss related to your use of the Game or third-party executors and scripts discussed on the Site.
Sections about scripts and exploits describe publicly known community tools for informational purposes. Using third-party software may violate Roblox Terms of Use and ER:LC rules. You assume all risk if you choose to use such tools.
Intellectual Property
Original text, layout, and compilation on the Site are owned by the Site operators or licensed contributors, except where noted. Game screenshots, logos, vehicle names, and other ER:LC-related material remain the property of their respective owners and are used under fair use / fan wiki conventions where applicable.
You may share links to Site pages and quote brief excerpts with attribution. You may not copy entire articles or databases for republishing without permission.
User Contributions and Feedback
If you contact us with corrections, suggestions, or contributed content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, edit, and publish that material on the Site. You represent that your submission does not infringe third-party rights.
We may moderate, edit, or remove contributed material at our discretion. We are not obligated to publish user submissions.
Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may link to external websites such as Roblox, Discord, YouTube, X (Twitter), DevForum, and script repositories. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices, or availability. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR FREE OF ERRORS.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE OPERATORS AND CONTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid us directly for use of the Site in the twelve months preceding the claim, or zero if you paid nothing—which is the case for typical wiki visitors.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Site operators and contributors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the bottom of this page will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes may be noted on the homepage or updates page when practical.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the Site operators are established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
Contact
Questions about these Terms may be directed through the contact method listed on the Site footer or community channels linked from the updates page. We are a volunteer-run fan wiki and may not respond immediately.
